I just had to do this. Mainly to facilitate a response to *TreeClimber's latest poll. Yes, I know, I'm a geek.

It's obviously based on the motion picture "The Silence of the Lambs" with Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter. He makes a noise after stating: "A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti."
